Regarding the Service Fees and Fines Applied by the Ajman Transport Authority
We, Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of the Emirate of Ajman
Having reviewed Emiri Decree No. (11) of 2011 issuing the Financial Law of the Government of Ajman and its executive regulations,
And Emiri Decree No. (1) of 2018 regarding the reorganization of the Ajman Transport Authority and its amendments,
And Emiri Decree No. (2) of 2018 regarding the Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Ajman,
And Emiri Decree No. (1) of 2019 regarding fees, taxes, and fines in the Emirate of Ajman,
And Emiri Decree No. (15) of 2020 regarding the service fees and fines applied by the Ajman Transport Authority, as amended by Emiri Decree No. 8 of 2024,
And based on the approval of the Legislation Committee,
We have issued the following decree:
Article (1)
Deletion
Item (29) of Schedule No. (3) attached to the aforementioned Emiri Decree No. (8) of 2024 shall be deleted, and the subsequent violation items shall be renumbered as stated in Schedule No. (3) attached to this decree.
Article (2)
Entry into Force and Publication
This decree shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
Issued by us on this day, Tuesday, corresponding to the 18th of Ramadan 1446 Hijri, corresponding to the 18th of March 2025 AD.
