بتعديل القرار الأميري رقم (12) لسنة 2015
بشأن رسوم خدمات دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في عجمان

بعد الاطلاع على المرسوم الأميري رقم (11) لسنة 2011 بإصدار القانون المالي لحكومة عجمان ولائحته التنفيذية،
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (4) لسنة 2014 بشأن إعادة تنظيم المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة عجمان وتعديلاته،
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (1) لسنة 2015 بشأن دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في عجمان وتعديلاته،
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (2) لسنة 2018 بشأن لجنة التشريعات في إمارة عجمان،
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (5) لسنة 2018 بإصدار قانون تنظيم مزاولة الأنشطة الاقتصادية في إمارة عجمان وتعديلاته،
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (1) لسنة 2019 بشأن الرسوم والضرائب والغرامات في إمارة عجمان،
وعلى القرار الأميري رقم (12) لسنة 2015 بشأن رسوم خدمات دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في عجمان وتعديلاته،
وبناء على موافقة لجنة التشريعات،
أصدرنا القرار التالي:
يُستبدل بالبنود أرقام (8 ، 9 ، 10) من لائحة الخدمات والرسوم المقررة عنها، المرفقة بالقرار الأميري رقم (12) لسنة 2015 المشار إليه، البند المذكور أدناه، ويُعاد ترقيم البنود اللاحقة له:

السريان والنشر
يعمل بهذا القرار اعتبار من 2025/03/01، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
صدر عنا في هذا اليوم الخميس الموافق 21 من شهر شعبان 1446 هجرية ، الموافق 20 من شهر فبراير سنة 2025 ميلادية.

Emiri Decree No. (1) of 2025
Amending Emiri Decree No. (12) of 2015
Regarding the Service Fees of the Department of Economic Development in Ajman
We, Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi
Crown Prince of the Emirate of Ajman
Having reviewed Emiri Decree No. (11) of 2011 issuing the Financial Law of the Government of Ajman and its Executive Regulations,
And Emiri Decree No. (4) of 2014 regarding the reorganization of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ajman and its amendments,
And Emiri Decree No. (1) of 2015 regarding the Department of Economic Development in Ajman and its amendments,
And Emiri Decree No. (2) of 2018 regarding the Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Ajman,
And Emiri Decree No. (5) of 2018 issuing the law regulating the practice of economic activities in the Emirate of Ajman and its amendments,
And Emiri Decree No. (1) of 2019 regarding fees, taxes, and fines in the Emirate of Ajman,
And Emiri Decree No. (12) of 2015 regarding the service fees of the Department of Economic Development in Ajman and its amendments,
And based on the approval of the Legislation Committee,
We have issued the following Decree:
Items Nos. (8, 9, 10) of the list of services and their prescribed fees, attached to the aforementioned Emiri Decree No. (12) of 2015, shall be replaced by the item mentioned below, and the subsequent items shall be renumbered:

Article (2)
Entry into Force and Publication
This Decree shall come into force from 01/03/2025, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
Issued by us on this day, Thursday, the 21st of Sha'ban 1446 Hijri, corresponding to the 20th of February 2025 Gregorian.
