بشأن
رسوم الخدمات والمخالفات والغرامات المطبقة بقطاع الخدمات المساندة
لدى دائرة البلدية والتخطيط في إمارة عجمان
نحن عمار بن حميد النعيمي ولي عهد إمارة عجمان
بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم (5) لسنة 2024 بشأن المركبات المهملة في إمارة عجمان،
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (14) لسنة 2006 بشأن إعادة تنظيم دائرة البلدية والتخطيط في عجمان، وتعديلاته،
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (11) لسنة 2011 بإصدار القانون المالي لحكومة عجمان ولائحته التنفيذية،
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (1) لسنة 2017 بشأن إنشاء هيئة دعم الخدمات الأمنية،
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (2) لسنة 2018 بشأن لجنة التشريعات في إمارة عجمان،
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (1) لسنة 2019 بشأن الرسوم والضرائب والغرامات في إمارة عجمان،
وعلى القرار الأميري رقم (10) لسنة 2018 بشأن رسوم خدمات قطاع الخدمات المساندة في بلدية عجمان وغرامات المخالفات المتعلقة بها،
وعلى القرار الأميري رقم (11) لسنة 2018 بشأن رسوم خدمات إدارة المشاريع والاستثمارات في بلدية عجمان،
وبناءً على موافقة لجنة التشريعات،
أصدرنا القرار الآتي:
المادة (1)
اعتماد الرسوم
تستوفي الدائرة نظير تقديم الخدمات المبينة في الجدول رقم (1) المرفق بهذا القرار، الرسوم المحددة إزاء كل منها.
المادة (2)
ضبط المخالفات
مع عدم الإخلال بأية عقوبة أشد ينص عليها أي تشريع آخر، تتولى الدائرة ضبط وإثبات المخالفات المنصوص عليها في الجدول رقم (2) المرفق بهذا القرار، وتحصيل الغرامة المقررة إزاء كل منها.
المادة (3)
الإلغاءات
أ. تُلغى التشريعات الآتية:
1. القرار الأميري رقم (10) لسنة 2018 بشأن رسوم خدمات قطاع الخدمات المساندة في بلدية عجمان وغرامات المخالفات المتعلقة بها.
2. القرار الأميري رقم (11) لسنة 2018 بشأن رسوم خدمات إدارة المشاريع والاستثمارات في بلدية عجمان.
ب. يُلغى أي نص أو حكم ورد في أي تشريع آخر إلى المدى الذي يتعارض فيه مع أحكام هذا القرار.
المادة (4)
السريان والنشر
يُعمل بهذا القرار بعد (30) ثلاثين يوماً من تاريخ صدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
صدر عنا في هذا اليوم الأربعاء الموافق 18 من شهر جمادى الأولى 1446 هجرية، الموافق 20 من شهر نوفمبر سنة 2024 ميلادية.

Emiri Decree No. (13) of 2024
Concerning
Fees, Violations, and Fines for Services Applied by the Support Services Sector
at the Department of Municipality and Planning in the Emirate of Ajman
We, Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of the Emirate of Ajman
After reviewing Law No. (5) of 2024 concerning abandoned vehicles in the Emirate of Ajman,
And Emiri Decree No. (14) of 2006 concerning the reorganization of the Department of Municipality and Planning in Ajman, and its amendments,
And Emiri Decree No. (11) of 2011 issuing the Financial Law of the Government of Ajman and its executive regulations,
And Emiri Decree No. (1) of 2017 concerning the establishment of the Security Services Support Authority,
And Emiri Decree No. (2) of 2018 concerning the Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Ajman,
And Emiri Decree No. (1) of 2019 concerning fees, taxes, and fines in the Emirate of Ajman,
And Emiri Decree No. (10) of 2018 concerning the service fees of the Support Services Sector in Ajman Municipality and the related violation fines,
And Emiri Decree No. (11) of 2018 concerning the service fees of the Projects and Investments Management in Ajman Municipality,
And based on the approval of the Legislation Committee,
We have issued the following decree:
Article (1)
Adoption of Fees
The Department shall collect the fees specified for each of the services listed in Schedule No. (1) attached to this decree.
Article (2)
Control of Violations
Without prejudice to any more severe penalty stipulated in any other legislation, the Department shall be responsible for controlling and recording the violations stipulated in Schedule No. (2) attached to this decree, and for collecting the fine prescribed for each.
Article (3)
Cancellations
A. The following legislations are hereby repealed:
1. Emiri Decree No. (10) of 2018 concerning the service fees of the Support Services Sector in Ajman Municipality and the related violation fines.
2. Emiri Decree No. (11) of 2018 concerning the service fees of the Projects and Investments Management in Ajman Municipality.
B. Any text or provision contained in any other legislation shall be repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this decree.
Article (4)
Enforcement and Publication
This decree shall come into force (30) thirty days after the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
Issued by us on this day, Wednesday, the 18th of Jumada al-Awwal 1446 AH, corresponding to the 20th of November 2024 AD.
