Regarding the Service Fees and Fines Implemented by the Ajman Transport Authority

We, Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of the Emirate of Ajman,

After reviewing the Amiri Decree No. (11) of 2011 issuing the Financial Law of the Government of Ajman and its executive regulations,

And Amiri Decree No. (1) of 2018 regarding the reorganization of the Ajman Transport Authority and its amendments,

And Amiri Decree No. (2) of 2018 regarding the Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Ajman,

And Amiri Decree No. (1) of 2019 regarding fees, taxes, and fines in the Emirate of Ajman,

And Amiri Decision No. (15) of 2020 regarding the service fees and fines implemented by the Ajman Transport Authority and its amendments,

And based on the approval of the Legislation Committee,

We have issued the following Decision:

Article (1)

Replacement

Tables No. (1) and (3) attached to the aforementioned Amiri Decision No. (15) of 2020 shall be replaced by Tables No. (1) and (3) attached to this Decision.

Article (2)

Publication and Entry into Force

This Decision shall come into effect (30) days after the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.

Issued by us on this day, Thursday, 7th of Dhul-Hijjah 1445 AH, corresponding to the 13th of June 2024 AD.
