بشأن
رسوم الخدمات والغرامات الخاصة بربط المنشآت بنظام "وقاية"
نحن عمار بن حميد النعيمي ولي عهد إمارة عجمان
بعد الاطلاع على المرسوم الأميري رقم (11) لسنة 2011 بإصدار القانون المالي لحكومة عجمان ولائحته التنفيذية،
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (1) لسنة 2017 بشأن إنشاء هيئة دعم الخدمات الأمنية في عجمان،
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (2) لسنة 2018 بشأن لجنة التشريعات في إمارة عجمان،
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (1) لسنة 2019 بشأن الرسوم والضرائب والغرامات في إمارة عجمان،
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (13) لسنة 2021 في شأن ربط المنشآت في إمارة عجمان بنظام "وقاية"،
وبناءً على موافقة لجنة التشريعات،
أصدرنا القرار الآتي:
المادة (1)
التعريفات
يكون للكلمات والعبارات التالية أينما وردت في هذا القرار المعاني المبينة قرين كل منها، ما لم يقض سياق النص بغير ذلك:

المادة (2)
استيفاء الرسوم
تستوفي الهيئة نظير خدمات ربط المنشآت بنظام "وقاية" المبينة في الجدول رقم (1) المرفق بهذا القرار، الرسوم المحددة إزاء كل منها.
المادة (3)
ضبط المخالفات وتوقيع الغرامات وتحصيلها
أ. تتولى الهيئة ضبط وإثبات المخالفات المنصوص عليها في الجدول رقم (2) المرفق بهذا القرار، وتوقيع الغرامة المقررة عن المخالفة وتحصيلها.
ب. يُمنح المخالف مهلة لمدة (30) يوماً للتنفيذ أو إزالة المخالفة، وفي حال عدم الامتثال تُحصل الغرامة المقررة عن المخالفة.
المادة (4)
السريان والنشر
يُعمل بهذا القرار من تاريخ صدوره، ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
صدر عنا في هذا اليوم الثلاثاء الموافق 14 من شهر رجب 1443 هجرية الموافق 15 من شهر فبراير سنة 2022 ميلادية.

Amiri Decision No. (2) of 2022
Regarding
Service Fees and Fines for Connecting Establishments to the "Wiqayah" System
We, Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of the Emirate of Ajman
Having reviewed Amiri Decree No. (11) of 2011 issuing the Financial Law of the Government of Ajman and its executive regulations,
And Amiri Decree No. (1) of 2017 regarding the establishment of the Security Services Support Authority in Ajman,
And Amiri Decree No. (2) of 2018 regarding the Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Ajman,
And Amiri Decree No. (1) of 2019 regarding fees, taxes, and fines in the Emirate of Ajman,
And Amiri Decree No. (13) of 2021 concerning connecting establishments in the Emirate of Ajman to the "Wiqayah" system,
And based on the approval of the Legislation Committee,
Have issued the following Decision:
Article (1)
Definitions
The following words and phrases, wherever they appear in this Decision, shall have the meanings assigned to them, unless the context requires otherwise:

The electronic early fire alarm system. |
Article (2)
Collection of Fees
The Authority shall collect the fees specified for each of the services for connecting establishments to the "Wiqayah" system, as shown in Schedule No. (1) attached to this Decision.
Article (3)
Recording Violations, Imposing Fines, and Their Collection
a. The Authority shall be responsible for recording and proving the violations stipulated in Schedule No. (2) attached to this Decision, imposing the prescribed fine for the violation, and collecting it.
b. The violator shall be granted a period of (30) days to comply or rectify the violation. In case of non-compliance, the prescribed fine for the violation shall be collected.
Article (4)
Entry into Force and Publication
This Decision shall come into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
Issued by us on this day, Tuesday, corresponding to the 14th of Rajab 1443 AH, corresponding to the 15th of February 2022 AD.
