القرار الأميري رقم (4) لسنة 2019م
بشأن تخفيض رسوم خدمات النظافة العامة في إمارة عجمان
نحن عمار بن حميد بن راشد النعيمي ولي عهد إمارة عجمان.
بعد الاطلاع على المرسوم الأميري رقم (11) لسنة 2011 بإصدار القانون المالي لحكومة عجمان،
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (14) لسنة 2006 بشأن إعادة تنظيم دائرة البلدية والتخطيط في عجمان وتعديلاته،
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (2) لسنة 2018م، بشأن لجنة التشريعات في إمارة عجمان،
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (1) لسنة 2019م، بشأن الرسوم والضرائب والغرامات في إمارة عجمان،
وعلى القرار الأميري رقم (5) لسنة 2017م، بشأن رسوم خدمات النظافة العامة في عجمان، وغرامات المخالفات المتعلقة بها.
وعلى القرار الأميري رقم (8) لسنة 2018 بشأن نظام عمل لجنة التشريعات في إمارة عجمان.
وبناءً على موافقة لجنة التشريعات،
أصدرنا القرار الآتي:
المادة الأولى
تخفيض رسوم خدمات النظافة العامة
تخفض رسوم خدمات النظافة العامة الواردة بالقائمة رقم (1) المرفقة بالقرار الأميري رقم (5) لسنة 2017م المشار إليه، بنسبة 40%.
المادة (2)
سريان القرار ونشره
يعمل بهذا القرار اعتباراً من اليوم الأول من شهر مارس عام 2019، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
صدر عنا في هذا اليوم الثلاثاء الموافق 21 من شهر جمادى الآخرة 1440 هجرية، الموافق 26 من شهر فبراير سنة 2019 ميلادية.

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Emiri Decision No. (4) of 2019
Regarding the Reduction of Public Hygiene Service Fees in the Emirate of Ajman
We, Ammar bin Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of the Emirate of Ajman.
Having reviewed Emiri Decree No. (11) of 2011 issuing the Financial Law of the Government of Ajman,
And Emiri Decree No. (14) of 2006 regarding the reorganization of the Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman and its amendments,
And Emiri Decree No. (2) of 2018, regarding the Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Ajman,
And Emiri Decree No. (1) of 2019, regarding fees, taxes, and fines in the Emirate of Ajman,
And Emiri Decision No. (5) of 2017, regarding public hygiene service fees in Ajman, and related violation fines.
And Emiri Decision No. (8) of 2018 regarding the working system of the Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Ajman.
And based on the approval of the Legislation Committee,
Have issued the following Decision:
Article One
Reduction of Public Hygiene Service Fees
The public hygiene service fees listed in Schedule No. (1) attached to the aforementioned Emiri Decision No. (5) of 2017 shall be reduced by 40%.
Article (2)
Entry into Force and Publication of the Decision
This Decision shall come into effect from the first day of March 2019, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
Issued by us on this day, Tuesday, the 21st of Jumada al-Akhirah 1440 Hijri, corresponding to the 26th of February 2019 Gregorian.
