والغرامات المحلية المطبقة لدى هيئة دعم الخدمات الأمنية في عجمان
نحن عمار بن حميد بن راشد النعيمي ولي عهد إمارة عجمان
بعد الاطلاع على القرار الأميري رقم (26) لسنة 2017 بإصدار رسوم الخدمات والغرامات المحلية المطبقة لدى هيئة دعم الخدمات الأمنية في عجمان.
وبناء على ما عرضه علينا رئيس لجنة التشريعات في إمارة عجمان.
قررنا إصدار القرار الأميري الآتي:
تعدل البنود (9، 10، 11) من القائمة رقم (1) المرفقة بالقرار الأميري رقم (26) لسنة 2017 بإصدار رسوم الخدمات والغرامات المحلية المطبقة لدى هيئة دعم الخدمات الأمنية في عجمان لتكون على النحو الآتي:

المادة (3)
السريان والنشر
يعمل بهذا القرار من تاريخ صدوره، وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
صدر عنا في هذا اليوم الثلاثاء الموافق 28 صفر 1440 هجرية الموافق 6 نوفمبر سنة 2018 ميلادية.

Amending
Some items of List No. (1) attached to Emiri Decision No. (26) of 2017 issuing service fees
and local fines applicable at the Security Services Support Authority in Ajman
We, Ammar bin Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of the Emirate of Ajman,
Having reviewed Emiri Decision No. (26) of 2017 issuing service fees and local fines applicable at the Security Services Support Authority in Ajman.
And based on the submission of the Chairman of the Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Ajman.
Have decided to issue the following Emiri Decision:
Items (9, 10, 11) of List No. (1) attached to Emiri Decision No. (26) of 2017 issuing service fees and local fines applicable at the Security Services Support Authority in Ajman shall be amended as follows:

Article (3)
Entry into Force and Publication
This Decision shall enter into force from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
Issued by us on this day, Tuesday, 28 Safar 1440 AH, corresponding to 6 November 2018 AD.
