القرار الأميري رقم (22) لسنة 2018
في شأن تعديل القرار الاميري رقم (14) لسنة 2013م
بشأن رسوم القيد في سجل الموردين والمقاولين والاستشاريين بدائرة المالية في عجمان
نحن عمار بن حميد النعيمي، ولي عهد امارة عجمان رئيس المجلس التنفيذي.
بعد الاطلاع على القانون المالي لحكومة عجمان الصادر بالمرسوم الأميري رقم (11) لسنة 2011.
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (15) لسنة 2012 بشأن دائرة المالية في عجمان.
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (4) لسنة 2014 بشأن إعادة تنظيم المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة عجمان وتعديلاته.
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (2) لسنة 2018 بشأن لجنة التشريعات في إمارة عجمان.
وعلى القرار الأميري رقم (12) لسنة 2011 بإصدار اللائحة التنفيذية للقانون المالي لحكومة عجمان.
وعلى القرار الأميري رقم (14) لسنة 2013 بشأن رسوم القيد في سجل الموردين والمقاولين والاستشاريين بدائرة المالية في إمارة عجمان،
وعلى القرار الأميري رقم (8) لسنة 2018 بشأن نظام عمل لجنة التشريعات في إمارة عجمان.
قررنا أصدار القرار الاميري الآتي نصه:
المادة الأولى
تعديل
يستبدل بنص البند (1) من المادة (3) من القرار رقم (14) لسنة 2013 بشأن رسوم القيد في سجل الموردين والمقاولين والاستشاريين بدائرة المالية النص التالي:
المادة (3)
1. تتقاضى الدائرة رسوم قيد المورد والمقاول والاستشاري في السجل وفقاً للفئات ومقدار الرسم المحدد بالجدول أدناه:

المادة الثانية
النشر والسريان
ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية للإمارة، ويعمل به من تاريخ التوقيع عليه، ويعمم على كافة الجهات المعنية بتنفيذه والعمل بمقتضاه كل فيما يخصه.
صدر عنا بتوقيعنا ووضع خاتمنا عليه بمكتبنا بالديوان الأميري في عجمان في هذا اليوم الخميس الموافق 14 من شهر شوال سنة 1439 هجرية الموافق 28 من شهر يونيو سنة 2018 ميلادية.

Attached for Your Excellency is a true copy of the Emiri Decree No. (8) of 2018 concerning the amendment of Emiri Resolution No. (14) of 2013 regarding the registration fees in the register of suppliers, contractors, and consultants at the Department of Finance in Ajman, after its issuance.

Emiri Resolution No. (22) of 2018
Concerning the amendment of Emiri Resolution No. (14) of 2013
Regarding the registration fees in the register of suppliers, contractors, and consultants at the Department of Finance in Ajman
We, Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of the Emirate of Ajman, Chairman of the Executive Council.
Having reviewed the Financial Law of the Government of Ajman, issued by Emiri Decree No. (11) of 2011.
And Emiri Decree No. (15) of 2012 concerning the Department of Finance in Ajman.
And Emiri Decree No. (4) of 2014 concerning the reorganization of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ajman and its amendments.
And Emiri Decree No. (2) of 2018 concerning the Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Ajman.
And Emiri Resolution No. (12) of 2011 issuing the Executive Regulations of the Financial Law of the Government of Ajman.
And Emiri Resolution No. (14) of 2013 regarding the registration fees in the register of suppliers, contractors, and consultants at the Department of Finance in the Emirate of Ajman,
And Emiri Resolution No. (8) of 2018 concerning the working system of the Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Ajman.
Have decided to issue the following Emiri Resolution:
Article One
Amendment
The text of Clause (1) of Article (3) of Resolution No. (14) of 2013 regarding the registration fees in the register of suppliers, contractors, and consultants at the Department of Finance shall be replaced with the following text:
Article (3)
1. The Department shall collect fees for the registration of the supplier, contractor, and consultant in the register according to the categories and the amount of the fee specified in the table below:

Article Two
Publication and Entry into Force
This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Emirate, shall come into force from the date of its signature, and shall be circulated to all concerned authorities for its implementation and to act accordingly, each within its jurisdiction.
Issued under our signature and seal at our office in the Emiri Diwan in Ajman on this day, Thursday, the 14th of Shawwal 1439 AH, corresponding to the 28th of June 2018 AD.
