بشأن رسوم خدمات غرفة تجارة وصناعة عجمان

نحن، عمار بن حميد النعيمي، ولي عهد عجمان، رئيس المجلس التنفيذي

بعجمان،

بعد الاطلاع على المرسوم الأميري رقم (۱۱) لسنة ۲۰۱۱ بإصدار القانون المالي لحكومة عجمان ولائحته التنفيذية.

وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (٤) لسنة ۲۰۱۸ بشأن غرفة تجارة وصناعة عجمان.

وبناء على التوصيات المرفوعة لنا من قبل دائرة المالية في الإمارة ومجلس إدارة غرفة تجارة وصناعة عجمان بشأن تحديد الرسوم التي تتقاضاها الغرفة مقابل الخدمات التي تؤديها لأعضائها والغير.

وإعمالاً للسلطات الممنوحة لنا بموجب المادة ٢٤ من المرسوم الأميري رقم (۱۱) لسنة ٢٠١١ سالف الذكر أعلاه.

ولما ارتأينا فيه تحقيق المصلحة العامة،

قررنا إصدار القرار الأميري الآتي نصه:

المادة (١)

اسم القرار وبدء العمل به

يُسمى هذا القرار "القرار الأميري رقم (٤) لسنة ٢٠١٨م، بشأن رسوم خدمات غرفة تجارة وصناعة عجمان"، ويُعمل به اعتباراً من اليوم الأول من شهر ابريل سنة ٢٠١٨.

المادة (٢)

تحديد الرسوم

تتقاضى غرفة تجارة وصناعة عجمان الرسوم الواردة في القائمة المرفقة بهذا القرار الأميري، وذلك في نظير الخدمات التي تؤديها لأعضائها وللغير.

المادة (۳)

إلغاء التشريعات السابقة

يُلغى أي نص أو حكم ورد في أي تشريع سابق يتعارض أو يخالف الأحكام الواردة في هذا القرار الأميري.

المادة (٤)

نشر القرار الأميري

يُنشر هذا القرار الأميري بالجريدة الرسمية للإمارة ويعمم على كافة الجهات المعنية به للعمل بموجبه، كل فيما يخصها.

صدر عنا بتوقيعنا عليه في مكتبنا بالديوان الأميري بعجمان في هذا اليوم الثلاثاء الموافق التاسع من شهر رجب سنة ١٤٣٩ هجرية الموافق السابع والعشرون من شهر مارس سنة ۲۰۱٨ ميلادية.

(أ) خدمات العضوية للمنشآت المرخصة من دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية والمنطقة الحرة:

٦	إصدار شهادة عضوية ذكية ذات مواصفات أمنية عالية.	۱۰۰
۷	تعديل بيانات العضوية (لأي عدد من التعديلات التي تتم في نفس الوقت).	٢٠٠
٨	إلغاء العضوية بطلب من العضو.	٥٠٠
٩	إصدار شهادة لمن يهمه الأمر.	۱۰۰
١٠	طلب معلومات عن عضوية منشأة.	۱۰۰

(ب) خدمات شهادة المنشأ:

١٥	إصدار شهادة المنشأ - قيمة فاتورة تزيد عن ٥٠٠,٠٠٠ وحتى ١,٠٠٠,٠٠٠ درهم.	٢٠٥

٢٢	اعتماد صورة طبق الأصل لفاتورة مصدقة.	٥

(جـ) خدمات فض المنازعات ودياً بوساطة الغرفة:

٢٣	طلب فض النزاع المقدم من عضو ضد عضو آخر (بدون تحديد للقيمة).	٢٠٠
٢٤	طلب فض النزاع المقدم من غير الأعضاء على أحد الأعضاء، حتى ٥٠,٠٠٠ درهم.	٤٠٠
٢٥	طلب فض نزاع بين أطراف غير أعضاء الغرفة (بالإضافة لما ورد في (٢٦) و (٢٧) أدناه).	٥٠٠
٢٦	طلب فض نزاع يزيد عن ٥٠,٠٠٠ درهم وحتى ١٠٠,٠٠٠ للأعضاء وغير الأعضاء.	٥٠٠

Emiri Decision No. (4) of 2018

Regarding the Service Fees of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry

We, Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, Chairman of the Executive Council

of Ajman,

Having reviewed Emiri Decree No. (11) of 2011 issuing the Financial Law of the Government of Ajman and its executive regulations.

And Emiri Decree No. (4) of 2018 regarding the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

And based on the recommendations submitted to us by the Department of Finance in the Emirate and the Board of Directors of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry regarding the determination of fees charged by the Chamber for the services it provides to its members and others.

And in exercise of the powers vested in us under Article 24 of the aforementioned Emiri Decree No. (11) of 2011.

And for the public interest,

We have decided to issue the following Emiri Decision:

Article (1)

Name of the Decision and its Entry into Force

This decision shall be named "Emiri Decision No. (4) of 2018, regarding the Service Fees of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry," and it shall come into force from the first day of April 2018.

Article (2)

Determination of Fees

The Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry shall charge the fees listed in the schedule attached to this Emiri Decision in return for the services it provides to its members and to others.

Article (3)

Repeal of Previous Legislation

Any text or provision contained in any previous legislation that contradicts or conflicts with the provisions of this Emiri Decision is hereby repealed.

Article (4)

Publication of the Emiri Decision

This Emiri Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Emirate and circulated to all concerned authorities to act accordingly, each within its jurisdiction.

Issued and signed by us at our office in the Emiri Diwan in Ajman on this day, Tuesday, the ninth of Rajab 1439 Hijri, corresponding to the twenty-seventh of March 2018 Gregorian.
