القرار الأميري رقم (١) لسنة ٢٠١٨م

بشأن التعديل على رسوم خدمات دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية

في عجمان

نحن، عمار بن حميد النعيمي، ولي عهد عجمان رئيس المجلس التنفيذي،

بعد الاطلاع على المرسوم الأميري رقم (۱۱) لسنة ۲۰۱۱ بإصدار القانون المالي لحكومة عجمان ولائحته التنفيذية؛ وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (١) لسنة ۲۰۱٥ م بشأن دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في عجمان؛ وعلى القرار الأميري رقم (۱۲) لسنة ۲۰۱٥ م بشأن رسوم خدمات دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في عجمان؛

وبناء على التوصيات المرفوعة لنا من قبل ممثل الحاكم للشؤون الإدارية والمالية - رئيس دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في عجمان؛

وإعمالاً للسلطات المخولة لنا بموجب المادة (۲) من القرار الأميري رقم (٥) لسنة ٢٠١٥م، بشأن تفويض صلاحيات الإعفاء من الرسوم والغرامات المحلية؛

ولما ارتأينا فيه تحقيق المصلحة العامة؛

قررنا إصدار القرار الأميري الآتي نصه:

المادة (١)

اسم القرار وبدء العمل به

يسمى هذا القرار "القرار الأميري رقم (١) لسنة ۲۰۱۸م، بشأن التعديل على رسوم خدمات دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في عجمان"، ويعمل به اعتباراً من تاريخ التوقيع عليه.

المادة (٢)

إعفاء

بموجب هذا القرار - يتم الإعفاء من كافة الرسوم المحلية المقررة عن رخصة مزاولة النشاط الاقتصادي داخل المنازل – المعروفة باسم (بدايات).

المادة (۳)

إلغاء التشريعات السابقة

يُلغى أي نص أو حكم ورد في أي تشريع سابق يتعارض أو يخالف الأحكام الواردة في هذا القرار الأميري.

المادة (٤)

نشر القرار الأميري

يُنشر هذا القرار الأميري بالجريدة الرسمية للإمارة، ويعمم على كافة الجهات المعنية به للعمل بموجبه، كل فيما يخصه.

صدر عنا بتوقيعنا عليه في مكتبنا بالديوان الأميري بعجمان في هذا اليوم الاثنين الموافق الخامس من شهر جمادى الاول سنة ١٤٣٩ هجرية الموافق الثاني والعشرين من شهر يناير سنة ۲۰۱٨ ميلادية.

Emiri Decree No. (1) of 2018

Regarding the Amendment of Service Fees for the Department of Economic Development

in Ajman

We, Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council,

Having reviewed Emiri Decree No. (11) of 2011 issuing the Financial Law of the Government of Ajman and its executive regulations; and Emiri Decree No. (1) of 2015 concerning the Department of Economic Development in Ajman; and Emiri Decree No. (12) of 2015 concerning the service fees of the Department of Economic Development in Ajman;

And based on the recommendations submitted to us by the Ruler's Representative for Administrative and Financial Affairs - Chairman of the Department of Economic Development in Ajman;

And in exercising the powers vested in us under Article (2) of Emiri Decree No. (5) of 2015, concerning the delegation of powers to exempt from local fees and fines;

And for what we deem to be in the public interest;

We have decided to issue the following Emiri Decree:

Article (1)

Name of the Decree and its Entry into Force

This Decree shall be named "Emiri Decree No. (1) of 2018, Regarding the Amendment of Service Fees for the Department of Economic Development in Ajman," and shall come into force from the date of its signature.

Article (2)

Exemption

Pursuant to this Decree, an exemption is granted from all local fees prescribed for the license to conduct economic activity within homes - known as (Bedayat).

Article (3)

Repeal of Previous Legislations

Any text or provision contained in any previous legislation that contradicts or conflicts with the provisions of this Emiri Decree is hereby repealed.

Article (4)

Publication of the Emiri Decree

This Emiri Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Emirate and circulated to all concerned authorities to act upon it, each within its own jurisdiction.

Issued by us with our signature at our office in the Emiri Diwan in Ajman on this day, Monday, the fifth of Jumada al-Awwal 1439 Hijri, corresponding to the twenty-second of January 2018 Gregorian.
