بشأن رسوم خدمات النظافة العامة في عجمان وغرامات المخالفات المتعلقة بها
نحن، عمار بن حميد النعيمي، ولي عهد عجمان، رئيس المجلس التنفيذي بعجمان،
بعد الاطلاع على المرسوم الأميري رقم (٥) لسنة ٢٠٠٢ بشأن رسوم المعاملات ببلدية عجمان؛
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (١٤) لسنة ٢٠٠٦ بشأن إعادة تنظيم دائرة البلدية والتخطيط في عجمان؛
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (۱۱) لسنة ۲۰۱۱ بإصدار القانون المالي لحكومة عجمان ولائحته التنفيذية؛
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (۱۰) لسنة ۲۰۱٤ بشأن إنشاء الإدارة المركزية للشؤون القانونية؛
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (۱) لسنة ٢٠١٥ بشأن دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية؛ وعلى القرار الأميري رقم (١٢) لسنة ٢٠١٥ بشأن رسوم خدمات دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في عجمان؛
وعلى المرسوم الأميري رقم (۲) لسنة ۲۰۱۷ بإصدار قانون إيجار العقارات في إمارة عجمان؛
ولما إرتأينا فيه تحقيق المصلحة العامة...
قررنا إصدار القرار الأميري الآتي نصه:
المادة (١)
إسم القرار وبدء العمل به
يسمى هذا القرار "القرار الأميري رقم (٥) لسنة ۲۰۱۷، بشأن رسوم خدمات النظافة العامة في عجمان وغرامات المخالفات المتعلقة بها" ويعمل به إعتبارا من اليوم الأول من شهر مارس ۲۰۱۷.
المادة (٧)
إلغاء التشريعات السابقة
إعتباراً من تاريخ نفاذ هذا القرار الأميري يلغى أي نص أو حكم ورد في أي تشريع محلي ساري المفعول حالياً في الامارة، يتعارض أو يخالف الأحكام الواردة في هذا القرار الأميري.
المادة (٨)
نشر القرار الأميري وتعميمه
ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية للإمارة، ويتم تعميمه على كافة الجهات المعنية به للعمل بموجبه، كل فيما يخصها.
صدر عنا بتوقيعنا وخاتمنا عليه بمكتبنا بالديوان الأميري في عجمان في هذا اليوم الثلاثاء اليوم الأول من شهر جمادي الآخرة سنة ١٤٣٨ هجرية الموافق اليوم الثامن والعشرين من شهر فبراير سنة ٢٠١٧ ميلادية.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Amiri Decision No. (5) of 2017
Concerning Public Hygiene Service Fees in Ajman and Related Violation Fines
We, Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, Chairman of the Ajman Executive Council,
Having reviewed Amiri Decree No. (5) of 2002 regarding transaction fees at the Ajman Municipality;
And Amiri Decree No. (14) of 2006 regarding the reorganization of the Department of Municipality and Planning in Ajman;
And Amiri Decree No. (11) of 2011 issuing the Financial Law of the Government of Ajman and its executive regulations;
And Amiri Decree No. (10) of 2014 regarding the establishment of the Central Administration for Legal Affairs;
And Amiri Decree No. (1) of 2015 regarding the Department of Economic Development; and Amiri Decision No. (12) of 2015 regarding the service fees of the Department of Economic Development in Ajman;
And Amiri Decree No. (2) of 2017 issuing the Real Estate Rental Law in the Emirate of Ajman;
And in pursuit of the public interest...
Have decided to issue the following Amiri Decision:
Article (1)
Name of the Decision and its Entry into Force
This Decision shall be named "Amiri Decision No. (5) of 2017, concerning Public Hygiene Service Fees in Ajman and Related Violation Fines" and shall come into force starting from the first day of March 2017.
Article (7)
Repeal of Previous Legislations
As of the effective date of this Amiri Decision, any text or provision contained in any local legislation currently in force in the Emirate that contradicts or conflicts with the provisions of this Amiri Decision shall be repealed.
Article (8)
Publication and Circulation of the Amiri Decision
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Emirate and circulated to all concerned authorities to act accordingly, each within its jurisdiction.
Issued by us with our signature and seal at our office in the Amiri Diwan in Ajman on this day, Tuesday, the first of Jumada al-Akhirah, 1438 Hijri, corresponding to the twenty-eighth of February, 2017 Gregorian.
