بشأن
فرض رسم المغادرة عن طريق مطار دبي الدولي

بعد الاطلاع على أمر إنشاء دائرة الطيران المدني المؤرخ في 18 مارس سنة 1971،
نقرر إصدار القانون الآتي:
المادة (1)
يسمى هذا القانون " قانون رسم المغادرة عن طريق مطار دبي الدولي رقم (3) لسنة 2004 ".
المادة (2)
(1) يستوفى من كل مسافر عند مغادرته إمارة دبي عن طريق مطار دبي الدولي إلى خارج دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة رسم مغادرة مقداره ثلاثون درهماً.
(2) يستثنى من أحكام الفقرة السابقة كل مسافر لم يتجاوز الثانية من عمره وملاحو الطائرات وأطقمها أثناء قيامهم بمهامهم.
المادة (3)
تؤول حصيلة رسم المغادرة المشار إليه في المادة السابقة إلى دائرة الطيران المدني.
المادة (4)
تكون شركات الطيران العاملة في مطار دبي الدولي مسؤولة عن استيفاء هذا الرسم عند إصدارها تذاكر السفر لعملائها سواء داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة أو خارجها، وعلى هذه الشركات تحويل حصيلة الرسم المذكور إلى دائرة الطيران المدني.
المادة (5)
يصدر رئيس دائرة الطيران المدني اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون.
المادة (6)
ينشر هذا القانون في الجريدة الرسمية، ويعمل به اعتباراً من اليوم الأول من شهر سبتمبر سنة 2004.

Concerning
Imposing a Departure Fee via Dubai International Airport
We, Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum

Ruler of Dubai
Having reviewed the Order Establishing the Department of Civil Aviation dated March 18, 1971,
We resolve to issue the following Law:
Article (1)
This Law shall be named "The Dubai International Airport Departure Fee Law No. (3) of 2004".
Article (2)
(1) A departure fee of thirty dirhams shall be collected from every passenger departing the Emirate of Dubai via Dubai International Airport to a destination outside the United Arab Emirates.
(2) Exempted from the provisions of the preceding paragraph are passengers under the age of two, and aircraft pilots and crew while on duty.
Article (3)
The proceeds from the departure fee mentioned in the preceding Article shall be allocated to the Department of Civil Aviation.
Article (4)
Airlines operating at Dubai International Airport shall be responsible for collecting this fee upon issuing travel tickets to their customers, whether inside or outside the United Arab Emirates, and these companies must transfer the proceeds of the said fee to the Department of Civil Aviation.
Article (5)
The President of the Department of Civil Aviation shall issue the executive regulations for this Law.
Article (6)
This Law shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into effect as of the first day of September 2004.
