قرار المجلس التنفيذي رقم (23) لسنة 2019م
بشأن اعتماد دليل تسعير الخدمات الحكومية لحكومة الشارقة
نحن سلطان بن محمد بن سلطان القاسمي ولي العهد نائب الحاكم رئيس المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة الشارقة،
- بعد الاطلاع على القانون رقم (2) لسنة 1999م بشأن إنشاء المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة الشارقة ولائحته الداخلية وتعديلاته،
- والقانون رقم (4) لسنة 2017م بشأن النظام المالي لحكومة الشارقة ولائحته التنفيذية،
- والمرسوم الأميري رقم (1) لسنة 1992م بشأن إنشاء دائرة الرقابة المالية في إمارة الشارقة وتعديلاته،
- والمرسوم الأميري رقم (28) لسنة 2007م بشأن إنشاء وتنظيم دائرة المالية المركزية في إمارة الشارقة وتعديلاته،
- وبناءً على عرض رئيس دائرة المالية وموافقة المجلس التنفيذي وما تقتضيه المصلحة العامة،
أصدرنا القرار الآتي:
المادة (1)
يُعتمد دليل تسعير الخدمات الحكومية لحكومة الشارقة المرافق لهذا القرار.
المادة (2)
يُعمل بهذا القرار من تاريخ صدوره وعلى الجهات المعنية تنفيذه كل فيما يخصه ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.

Concerning the Adoption of the Government Services Pricing Guide for the Government of Sharjah
We, Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah,
- Having reviewed Law No. (2) of 1999 concerning the establishment of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, its internal regulations, and its amendments,
- And Law No. (4) of 2017 concerning the Financial System of the Government of Sharjah and its executive regulations,
- And Emiri Decree No. (1) of 1992 concerning the establishment of the Financial Audit Department in the Emirate of Sharjah and its amendments,
- And Emiri Decree No. (28) of 2007 concerning the establishment and organization of the Central Finance Department in the Emirate of Sharjah and its amendments,
- And based on the proposal of the Chairman of the Finance Department, the approval of the Executive Council, and what is required by the public interest,
Have issued the following resolution:
Article (1)
The Government Services Pricing Guide for the Government of Sharjah, attached to this resolution, is hereby adopted.
Article (2)
This resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance, and the concerned authorities shall implement it, each within its jurisdiction. It shall be published in the Official Gazette.
